This is a replacement part for the E. Emerson Tool Co. Clamping tool guide. The original handle may break when moderate force is applied during clamping.
Print replacement handle with high infill percentage for strength and print with supports. The best orientation for part strength and easy removal of supports is to face the broad, flat side down toward the heat bed.
Use a hammer and a nail punch to remove the pin from the broken handle. Replace with the printed part and tap the pin back in. If the pin does not fit due to printing tolerances, manually twist a 3/8" drill bit through the hole in the printed part to clear it out so the pin will fit through.
