Playmobil 4023 - Police Transport/Polizei Transporter Ersatzteile/Spareparts

My son (6 years old at the time) went to the recycling center with his grandma to dispose of things and there he found a pretty dilapidated Playmobil police van. Persuading Grandma was easy and so he stood next to me with the freshly cleaned, unusable police car: "Dad, fix it with the 3D printer!!" - so I had a mission!

What was all missing:

• 4 rims
• 4 tires 
• a window
• the door
• the roof

I found the rims and tires on Thingiverse. I had no experience with TPU but it worked quite well for the tires!

I have to draw the remaining parts myself!
The roof: Simply add 2 color changes to the roof and change from silver to white and then to blue - so you get multicolor with a single nozzle.

The door I inserted when the PLA was warm/hot an flexible to get the hinge into the holes.

The window is simply pushed in forcefully.
