Ozo the Bear, Stickerless! (for multi-extruder printers)

This is a multicolor remix of the elegant Ozo puzzle model. The stickers are now built in!

This model has 7 parts:

• Top left (up to 6 colors)
• Top right (up to 6 colors)
• Center left (2 colors)
• Center right (2 colors)
• Bottom left (2 colors)
• Bottom right (2 colors)
• A hidden pin that connects the left and right halves

I plan to work on the "panda" version as well.

Notes:

Printed in PETG on the Prusa MK2 with the multi-material upgrade. Ozo's parts move freely and the puzzle is fun. I used Slic3r Prusa edition to slice the print.

Post-Printing

I printed both pins. I'm not sure which one I used; one of them fit better. In PETG the pins feel rather strong.

Don't forget: once you put the pin in both sides, you might not be able to disassemble Ozo without breaking something. Double-check your assembly and save the pin for last.
