Foldable spool holder for Voron 0.2 with spring

Spool holder now locks in either folded or extended mode.

This is the second version which uses a single yellow bedspring and properly (harder) locks spool holder in one of two possible positions.

BOM:

• 1x M3x35 BHCS
• 1x Standard Voron brass heat insert
• 1x Yellow bedspring for Voron0
• 1x 90cm of PTFE tube 

Printing instructions

STL files are already properly oriented. Print with at least 3 walls and 25% infill. You can use any filament you want. No supports are needed.

Assembly

First, put heat insert into Body1 (on top) where it fits. Then insert yellow bedspring into Body2 as shown in the picture. The space for spring is wider to make this task simpler. I suggest to put top mounting screw into Body1 before next step (otherwise you will have problems inserting it later). While compressing the spring, mate both parts together. Next, screw M3x35 BHCS from the bottom up into Body2 so it locks both parts together. Finally, insert PTFE tube into Body2 (on top) and cut it flush.

Mounting

Mount it the same way as original Voron spool holder.
