Cross bar braces for the Creality Ender 5 Plus to stiffen up the frame a bit and lessen the top wobble caused by X and Y axis movement.

It reduced the visible wobble quite a lot on my printer.

Use any 8mm rod cut to 670mm +/- 5mm for the left and right. Max length is 678mm.

For front and back, 640mm +/- 5mm. Max length is 654mm.

The clamps are 30mm deep so you have some headroom.

Each clamp uses 6 M5 size screws. The 4 that attaches to the frame with M5 T-slot nuts requires 12mm screws of any type.

The 2 side mounted screws fits DIN912 M5 socket head cap screws with a minimum length of 12mm and a max length of 45mm, although 12-20mm is reasonable.

The backside fits DIN985 M5 lock nuts. Regular DIN934 M5 nuts will also work.

Note that there is a difference between the left and right, and front and back mounts as the frame is not completely square. Each are marked with a letter indicator for easy identification.

If you wish to mount the cross bar brace in the opposite direction as pictured, use the opposite side mount.
