LED Diffuser Sanding Jig

This allows for a diffusion layer to be added to the outside of an existing clear LED. Simply place the LED in the jig, fit both halved together and put it in any 3/8" drill. When you tighten the chuck, the two halves hold the LED firmly in place. Then use your preffered sanding method while running the drill. I found that a first run with 120 grit sandpaper, followed by a quick run with a scotch bright pad did a nice job.
