Storing your coffee the right way is important to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Storing it in small tubes is the newest trend. You don't have to dose your beans every time you want a coffee, and they stay fresh longer because the container is airtight and doesn't open every time. The one way valve allows gases to escape that really fresh roasted coffee beans release.
This cap fits on a 30 mm OD, 26 mm ID glass tube (I use 120 mm length, 60 ml which is ideal for 18-20g of coffee). A 20x2 mm rubber o-ring and a 13 mm one way silicon cross valve is required. Since the collar of the glas tubes varies in diameter, the caps come in three different sizes (24, 24.5 and 25 mm). Scaling them to any other diameter can cause problems with the valve and the o-ring.
