This is an 80mm faceplate intended to be used for finishing turned work on a lathe. It is NOT for use when turning. It has a 1" X 8 TPI thread with 4 countersunk fixing holes on a 60mm diameter.
I often have a number of pieces on the go at the same time and so have a need for multiple faceplates when finishig these. Rather than keep swapping one faceplate between multiple pieces or buying more expesive steel faceplates when finishing a piece of work I decided to print a few.
Can be used when sanding, varnishing, oiling, painting... whatever you do to finish your turned work.
Printed with 1mm walls, top and bottom and 40% infill.
