I've salvaged bearings and caps from the worn-out Sram X7 derailleur pulleys and they were laying around for years. Original model was 10-teeth, so I've edited SCAD file to make it 11-teeth, printed, press-fit bearings inside and installed into Shimano Sora rear derailleur. It works perfectly as a drop-in replacement.
There are 2 versions of STLs - with supports and without supports. I've tried to print both and one with supports built-in was much more easy to print and post-process with a Dremel.
SCAD model included, so it can be modified for different bearings.
