After a recent move, I decided to organize some of my tools a bit better. An awesome and simple to use system called Gridfinity, a massive open-source project, was the obvious choice. There are thousands of models already made by other fantastic makers. However, because I wanted my drawer to be custom and look exactly the way I want it, then I ended up making all of the parts myself based on the Gridfinity standard. The only parts that I did not make on my own were the Gridfinity baseplates, for which I used these models instead; a make of them is also uploaded.
Important to note is that different pieces are either 2- or 3 units tall as per the Gridfinity standard. A few pieces (eg. diamond file holder) are even transition pieces between the two. In addition, the bin heights do not have a Gridfinity standard height.
The drawer dimensions are 510x400x80mm
The threading die- and tap holder tool holder is in two halves because the Prusa MINI+ could not print the whole model in one go. I used a few little pieces of wire and superglue to fix the two halves together.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
