Trident Internal Spool holder for 2020 extrusion

This is a 2020 remix of the Duelling Zero internal spool roller with some additional bowden guides.

Works with all my plastic and cardboard spools on my Ender3 Trident conversion (Ender3dent for short) and its a 250 build (235 bed). The only limit is the thickness of your spools.

None of the files is orientated for printing, use your slicer to do so.

2024-09-28: moved the old guide to a zip, print the new ECAS04 Bowden Tube Coupler

2023-10-26: added 11 & 11.5mm version of the plug

Printing

• files are orientated correctly
• 0.2 layer height
• 40% infill
• 5 top & bottom
• 4 walls
• ASA or ABS, others may also work
• turn on random seams for the sleeves

Hardware

• 3x 608-2Z - Deep groove ball bearing ("Skateboard Bearing")
• 3x M3x12 SHCS
• 6x M3x6 BHCS (M3x8 work for B & V slot too)
• 3x Voron type heat insert (Short M3x5x4)

The bowden guide take a m3x30.

Remixed from 1515 to 2020 and added guides, the pg7 screw is changed since M5x8 SHCS isnt commonly used
