Inspired by some 2- and 3-way dividers on Thingiverse, but totally designed from scratch because 1) that was not enough dividers for me and 2) they appeared to be for a different size of pill bottle than I had. I frequently take 3-4 day trips and like having at least one extra day's supplies in case of travel issues, so 5 was a good number for me.

Holes are sized so that the lid moves fairly freely but the bolt threads cut into the plastic of the base to keep it anchored. There's a small thumbnail slot for moving the lid if it gets stuck somehow, but I haven't had it happen yet. The whole unit friction fits into the bottle, with clearance for the original cap.
Tip for getting the pharmacy labels off: first, peel whatever you can off by hand (this may not be much, CVS labels tend to shred). Then, if you have a lot of paper left, run it under warm water and rub at the label, which will make the wet paper come off, leaving you with mostly just the adhesive layer with a tiny bit of paper. Then you can use rubbing alcohol to get the adhesive off.
