Is your gear skipping?

If the second double-gear is skipping against your spooler's main gear, this mod is for you. This crutch fits neatly in the gap of the spooler's back panel. You will need a t-nut and bolt to fasten the crutch to the slotted profile.

Lube it up

Once installed and before replacing the large offset, place some grease or other lubricant in the cradle of the crutch to ensure that the offset can turn in the crutch with minimal friction.

Print suggestions

Print with at least 3-4 perimeters, 15% infill. Supports are optional but will help keep the hole for the bolt cleaner.
