I needed some way to easily connect a number of 15 mm x 15 mm aluminum profiles to form a sturdy frame. I made the file in OpenSCAD (file provided) so if you need a different wall thickness, length or profile size you can either create it yourself using my code or just leave a comment and I will upload a new model file.

The bracket has holes for M3 nuts on the inside. Together with an M3 bolt or an M3 setscrew this nut is used to secure the profile once its in the correct position.

The bracket can be printed without supports. I printed and tested it using Prusament PETG and also provided the GCode for that.

The design was inspired (specifically the printing angle to get a support free part and the securing mechanism) by this three way corner bracket: 1"/25.4mm corner bracket
