IEC 62196 Type 2 Parallel Holder

Well, actually not quite; the socket is pointing away from the wall at a 10 degree angle.

The "wide base" version spaces the holes wider apart (30 mm instead of 20 mm). This version was never printed, so makes are requested and welcome.

Print as provided in the STL, best to use supports.

The wall mounting holes have a diameter of 5 mm and are designed for flathead screws. Pick something from my "Countersunk Washer Library" to use countersunk screws.
