I mostly print PLA so I didn't want a full enclosure for my 3d printer, but I still wanted to protect it from dust in my basement. So I built a system to magnetically attach 18x20x1 filters to the outside of an IKEA Lack table. This makes it easy to remove the filters to get access to the printer.
You'll need to print 4 of the corner pieces. I laser cut the sides and top and bottom pieces (19.5x440x3.4mm and 19.5x491x3.4mm) but you could probably just use a saw.
It uses 8mm magnets in the plastic parts, and I just screwed in screws into the lack table that the magnets attach to.
To fit my printer I also needed to extend the Lack table legs. I think I used this part for that.
