The inner part can rotate 90° and is meant to hold a charger. The charger can only protrude a maximum of 47mm above the socket to fit in the holder. The outer parts edges are rounded, so the cable does not get cut by them.
The slope of the upper part is above 30%, so there are no supports needed.
