This is a simple holder for a 60x60 PTC heater. It mounts to the rear corner of a Ratrig V-Core or other printers with 3030 extrusions. The frame mount design is based on the top lead screw constraints of a Ratrig V-Core.
The PTC heater is attached to the holder using the screws that mount the fan to the heater.
BOM:
- 60x60 PTC heater
- Each part printed once
- 2x M6 x 12 mm caphead screw
- 2x M6 T-nuts
- 1x M5 x 12 mm caphead screw
- 1x M5 locknut
Print in something high temp resistant, obviously ;-) I used PCCF.
