Prusa XL series: Flat LCD mount to enable enclosure doors

Im planning to enclose my XL in the long run, and the LCD was in the way for a door on the aluminum extrusion.
Base on the enclosure are the Sidecovers that you can find here:

This Display mount will enable to use doors that are flush to the 3030 aluminum extrusion, You DONT need to change cabling, 
you can use the originals screws, and also the know can stay original.
I also added a cable cover for design purposes, but this is not needed.
