I remixed Cloud's Buster Sword to avoid needing to do any painting after assembly. The sword ends up being 170cm long when completed.
There is room for a M8 threaded rod and nuts through the handle, the parry guard, and a bit of the blade in the cut version for some added strength. I could not find a M8 threaded rod, locally, and a 5/16 in. threaded rod, and bolts, worked great. I just had to cut the rod, with an angle grinder, to size.
Blades 1-3 used prusa's color painting, however, the detail does not stand out terribly well on my sword, so I would recommend removing this feature if you end up using filaments that do not contrast enough.
For the blade I used Overture PLA Grey, Edge's I used Galaxy Grey PLA Prusament, and the handle is Hatchbox PLA brown.

Supports should already be handled by the 3mf files. I printed everything in .2 mm layers.
