Description
PDFThe original headband broke a few months ago (after years of usage), but the headset is otherwise still working.
Rather than buying a new one, I designed this part using the live hinge technique.
Print it flat on your bed at 100% Infill (PLA is working fine). When inserting the rail, the hinge makes the headband flexible enough to bend without breaking.
