Voron M4 plates for Ender 3s

Please note, that if you want to fit a Voron M4 on a stock Ender 3, you'll need to print the _mirror.stl. You'll also need to mirror these parts, as they have been adapted from the regular model.

So be sure to triple check all orientations before printing.

The things I changed:

• slightly thin the part where the motor mounts to to account for the Ender 3's steel plate
• add 2 points to secure the cables with cable ties

For print settings and orientations, use the same as the official Voron M4 manual suggests.
