RK6006 Case - Variable bench PSU

This model is a remix from Thingverse of  “CoolDPS DPS5005 Power Supply” by jopereira,  Original design.

Model is designed for the rk6006 PSU module, I expanded the design to accommodate an internal power supply.

Warning 

230 Vac mains are involved in the project.

Main difference with  jopereira design:

Input

C14 Ac input socket with power switch.

Ventilation

Improved cooling with more ventilation hole and 2 40mm fan mount due to the extra heath dissipated by the internal PSU.

Clearance

Host internal power supply up to 120mm length, 110mm width, 48mm height. Also depending upon power socked and fan used.

Support 

Optional clip-on support for angular mounts. 

Minor changes

Reduced panel front and back size for better fit,  hole for screw less deep to prevent layer separation when tighten screws (particularly for silk pla).
