These are replacement and alternative knobs designed for the Fellow Stagg kettle, but they should also work with anything with an M4 thread.
There are two sets of models, one designed to use heat set M4 threaded inserts and another with printed M4 threads for those without the tools needed to use threaded inserts. I think threaded inserts are ideal because you don't need to worry about heat affecting the threads or stripping the threads by over-tightening, but I've tested the printed threads and have had no issues so far.
The Original model is designed to match the stock Stagg kettle knob and requires supports to print. All other knobs are designed to be printed without supports in current orientation. Those pictured were printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.1mm to 0.2mm layer heights. PETG would probably be preferable since it responds better to heat, but no issues so far.
These are the threaded inserts that I used (Amazon), but any M4 threaded insert should work.
If you have any suggestions for improvement, please let me know!
UPDATE (9/12/23): After some testing I felt the insert was a little too loose in the hole, so I decreased the diameter to give the insert more to grab.
