This is my attempt to make better Z-Axis Tops for the MK3/MK3S(+) printers on the stock frame. This is remixed/based off of Prusa's own latest R2 design of the Z-Axis Tops.
Here's what's different:

But, it accomplishes two things:
Print Settings:
0.2mm layer height, 2 perimeters should be fine.
How to adjust the Z-Axis screw alignment:
You need the Bear X-Ends and X-Carriage. Follow his guide, making sure that when you adjust the screws in step 6, the Z-Screw rods are in the middle of the holes when looking down.
BUT this also works with stock MK3S(+) printers too, for the enhanced vibration and noise reduction! You just won't be able to adjust the Z-Screws if they are not straight.
