Halloween Pumpkin for LED candles

The original model give us a lot of challenges for proper printing. Have seen many failed prints by others and some people tried to print it in tilted mode, etc… I made some slight changes on the original model and added custom support to the 3D model file. The result is perfect and can be used to print and easy to slice.

With this model you can print with and without additional support. 

Recommended settings:

layer height: 0.1mm

nozzle size: 0.4mm

speed: 35 - 40mm/sec outer, maximum 80mm/sec inner walls, 80mm/sec to max 100mm/sec infill speed.  Even if your printer is faster and better, it will compromise the quality of the small printed points.

infill: 30% zig-zag. Adding additional wall (alternate extra wall) would increase modell strength and weight. Not required by the way.

If you consider to add build platte adhession, a brim would do fine and tower support, zero infill, 0mm distance, 0% support density and zig-zag support pattern.

Average build time without additional support is about 9 and half hour and 10 and half hour with additional support.
