The Rocker switch is used to connect one or two batteries to the RIDEN® DPS5005. So if you only attach one battery, everything works fine but you are limited to 18V Output voltage. The QC 3.0 Charger must be connected to the first battery. I use the charger to power my TS-80 soldering Iron.
