I made this model because I wanted to practice my CAD skills. I thought that a katana would be a cool way to practice printing smaller parts to then incorporate together. I came up with a genius way of aligning them. Blade 1 goes at the bottom with the dot facing the tip blade 2 is above it again the two dots face the tip. blade 3 and 4 go above. All connect with the dowels for alignment and CA glue to hold it together. My advice is to print it with a raft so that the blades don't tip (which happened to me my first print attempt). I also have the unspilt model incase you want to split it yourself a different way.
