AdaFruit Heat Set Insert rig -- Sremtch Remix

This is pretty much the same as the original, just easier to print and with a modified soldering iron clamp to fit the [Sremtch MH2001](https://www.amazon.com/Electronics-Soldering-Thermostatic-Adjustable-Temperature/dp/B08L39DWNY/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=sremtch&qid=1613969981&sr=8-6), which has adjustable temperature, an inbuilt on/off switch, and an LCD display. 

Modifications include:

• Uses an F688z bearing, which is easier to find (and I had a few banging around)
• combines two of the idler mounting pieces into one, saving two screws and inserts
• combines the handle with the roller plate, which are easily printable as one
• increases clearances between the extrusion, roller plate, and weight bucket. On my first print, they were all way too tight. 
• better insert hole sizing when using the 4.3 mm OD [94459A130](https://www.mcmaster.com/94459A130/) inserts from the BOM
