VAUDE bicycle bag hook shark tooth spare part

The Hook on one of my backs was just gone by one day.

Designed a model based on the remaining hook, but optimized it for support free printing.

Found out about a newer, rotatable version with a separate tooth plate, so I quickly made a version for that one too. 

DISCLAIMER: DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT BASE PLATE!

Additional Hardware needed:

• 1x M4 16mm screw
• 1x base plate. This sadly is hardly printable because of the tight gap (1mm). If the part is missing, you will have to improvise or order one online. Search for:
  VAUDE threaded plate oval 
  or
  VAUDE Gewindeplatte oval

Printing instructions / recommendations:

For both variants:

• Do not use PLA. Use at least PETG.
• Object should load in correct orientation, with the flat side of the hook face down
• 5 perimeters (0.4mm nozzle), 3 Perimeters (0.6mm nozzle)

For solid variant:

• -

For adjustable variant: 

• Objects should load in correct orientation, with the non-toothed face of the plate facing down
• I highly recommend 100% infill on the small tooth plate. Barely increases print time, but will make the plate much more rugged.
• You will want to use Supports for the tooth plate.
