Prusa MK3 MMU2 rear PTFE tube holder with 6mm threads for push locks

I added 6mm threads for my push locks instead of inserts to an existing design. I chased the threads with a tap.

I also flushed the backside for printing on the butt end due to lifting as you cant really round the corners on this part.
