This model is intended to adapt the Capra Headband V2 with the AD500x, AD700x, AD900x, and Philphone, no confirmation on any other Audio Technica Headphones.

To disassemble your AT headphone:

-Remove the pads and then the 4 screws around the edge of the baffle, keep the screws.
-Remove the baffle being careful of the wires.
-Unscrew the 3 screws around the driver/speaker retention ring, pinch the long section at the bottom to remove the plastic ring.
-Desolder the driver/speaker from the original wiring.
-Push the metal grille out of the original headband.

To Assemble the new headphone:

-Press an M3 Heat-set insert into either side of the Outer Ring.
-Solder the wires onto your 3.5mm or MiniXLR connectors, run the wires through the connector housing and Super-Glue the connector into place.
-Run the wires through the shallow channel to the bottom of the ring.
-While holding the wire in the channel press the metal grill into place.
-Solder the other end of the wires to the Driver/Speaker.
-Reassemble the Driver/Speaker retention ring and baffle then using the original screws screw the baffle to the Outer Ring.
-Screw the yoke into the Outer Ring with an m3 washer in between the two plastic parts.
