Update 2024-03-25:
I just uploaded a alternative mount for the tape roll. This one is 3 mm wider than the original, and has a M6 thread from side to side. It is meant to be used with M6 hex bolts (DIN 912) with a maximum length of 20 mm. 2 bolts are needed. The reason for the update is that my tape roll mount kept breaking when the kids dropped the whole thing on the floor, but the update also remove the need for support when printing this part.
Original text:
I felt the need for a tape dispenser for packing tape for a while, so in October 2019 I designed this.
It prints in two parts. The dispenser body and the roll mount. The dispenser can be printed in any plastic, but I do recommend something a bit durable for the roll mount. For extra function, there is also a DXF for a tape cutter add-on which makes the take cutting easier.

Notes:
The dispenser body can be printed in any material and without supports.
The roll mount need to be printed laying down and with support, I printed it in PETG.
After printing, remove the support from the roll mount and insert it into a roll of tape. Install it into the dispenser body.
Optional: Cut the DXF and bend it slightly (the grooves marks where to bend it), secure it into the dispenser body using M4 screws.
