SNES Replacement D-Pad With Threaded Joystick Attachment
This is a work-in-progress, but it works. Down and right directions were iffy, but it may work for you.

Description
PDFPerfect for gamers with disabilities or gamers who want more control.
Print all the parts with a 0.2mm nozzle and then super glue the little nub into the back of the D-Pad. Replace the D-Pad in the SNES controller and then screw in your joystick.
