Y-axis belt tensioner for standard gt2 20T or toothless idler with 3mm bore

Fasteners:

• 1x M3x20 screw
• 2x M3x10 screw
• 3x M3 hex nut
• 4x M3 Nyloc hex nuts
• 4x M3x16 screws

Print instructions:

Material: PETG
Perimeters: 3
Infill: 20-25%
Infill pattern: Rectilinear
Layer height: 0,15 mm
Supports: Supports from build plate only

Assembling:

Assemble the parts with the two little holes downside.

If the blue part is upside down the belt path is wrong.

Tighten the screws equally.
