Low noise fan cover for Crazy3DPrint CZ-300 and other 40mm fan printers

The CZ-300 printer is now infamous for the extreme noise, and I have figured out how to fix it.

Just remove that black stamped fan cover! The close distance from rotating fan blades to stationary cover causes high turbulence and noise.

Not to mention the flow and cooling will improve by removing the cover. Just take a knive and cut it off. The difference is extreme!

Or if you want, you can also print this alternate high-flow fan cover and install it
by using a Torx 10 screwdriver.
