Die-System for Batch Engraving - Laserpecker 2

I just uploaded the v2 variants for the 3 original parts. I have not yet printed these, but they should be working fine. Any additional files added after this point in time will be v2 (or possibly higher).

I also added a new insert to fit 75x90mm Lamps found on amazon (NOT an affiliate Link)

The system consists of 3 parts, of which 2 can be exchanged to fit numerous similar items.
The fixture included holds 45x45mmx2mm pieces in place. I included alignment marks and 1mm tolerance, should the work pieces not be perfectly prepared.

In the future I plan to create/use this fixture for differently sized work pieces. For that all you need to do is to replace the die and lid. The hole for the axle (around which the lid pivots) is designed to fit a standard ikea pencil.

Right now the die has to be slightly secured in place with small dabs of super glue, I am currently working on an improved version that employs magnets for that same purpose.
