x670e chipset gets hot and if you have AIO or water loop, VRM and chipset do not get much of air flow. this is the fix.

PDFx670e chipset gets hot and if you have AIO or water loop, VRM and chipset do not get much of air flow. this is the fix. i just happen to have silent 60mm fan that's very silent. So here's the fix for my temp issue.
I have ASROCK x670e Pro RS but i suppose it would work on any motherboards.
