Roku Premier + (5th Gen) VESA Mount

I designed this as a wall mount for a Roku Premier+, but I ended up just using a 3M strip to mount it to the back of my TV. Either way, it works! Thanks Roku, for making a device that doesn't require line of sight for remote control.

I modified Jbonasera's model to have a single screw hole in the middle of the mount, so that I can use it for a VESA mount point on the back of my TV.
