Skelestruder EcageS protector

Replacement for SP_Prack. Supports EcageS so it doesn't sag. Obviously the probe adjustment feature doesn't work anymore so you need to adjust the probe the way you would do it on the stock MK3/MK2 extruder.

Use SP_Prack_antisag for Prusa MK3/S and SP_Prack_MK2_antisag for Prusa MK2/S (with my MK2/S remix)

Update 2020/3/7: This does not really work as well as I hoped it would. It DOES delay the eventual melting of the part, but only to a point. I'm thinking of moving to a different extruder or doing some more redesign work.
