This model started as a way to mount High-power hot bed MOSFET expansion board onto self built Prusa i3, since I built it parametric I ended up with a multi purpose design after a few iterations.

Originally designed for HW-700 MOSFET module mounted on Prusa i3 frame, I wanted to add some cooling so I started with a 80 mm fan, a bit massive for the task I should say, so besides providing a bit too much cooling for the heat-bed the mount collided with the motor for the X axis, so I added the option for offsetting the fan

Using the offset you can avoid x axis motor collision but extruder cable bundle can be disturbed by the fan mounting at some point, so if you want your build area intact I suggest going for a smaller fan or fan less.

Finally I added a support for heated bed cables for guiding  and strain relief.

At this point I ended up with a couple of fan mounts that can be used as fume extractor for soldering or just to cool yourself on a hot day.

I added STLs for common configurations but if they don't fit your setup just download and use sliders in OpenSCAD to adjust to your needs.

Model includes nut inserts for PCB mounting and its designed to be printed without supports.

Don't forget to post your makes and remixes.
