I designed an stackable an foldable crate. It can be folded in every avaivable variant. The crate is always stackable, if you only have one size. If you have different sizes, till now, the crate is only completely stackable without handle. The crate can be printed completely.
There are different Variants:
Both sizes can hold an label if wanted.
You can customize the text on the label, since PrusaSlicer 2.6.0. See the *.3mf files “Label 240 x 180” and “Label 180 x 120”
Update 29.09.2023
Please note, that you do not need these clips if you want an handle. In this case the stackability is integrated in the handle.
No purchased parts needed.
Print the “pins” for the handle together with the “Frame”. If you print them seperatly, please use the delivered *.3mf file to print this part.
All files are already correctly oriented on the print bed, when you download them.
Feel free to contact me if you have any issues.
Place the part “Long Side, bottom” on the “Bottom” like in the picture below and clip the parts together as shown.

Then assamble the “Frame” with the “Short Side”

Place the “Frame” on the assembled “Long Side, top” and clip the both Subassemblys together.

For stackability insert the “Clip for stackability” into the slots on the top side of the “Frame”.
Please note, that you do not need these clips if you want an handle. In this case the stackability is integrated in the handle.

If you need the handle please follow the next steps.
The first step is to assemble the “Clip for stackability” in to the “Extension for stackability”. Press the clip in to the extension until the slut in the clip is not visible anymore.
![]()
Now you can clip the “Extension for stackability” on the "Frame".
![]()
The next step ,take the "Pin for handle".
![]()
Then insert the pin into the handle. Be careful when inserting the pin so you don't break something off.

Last but not least you can insert an label in the sides of the crate. You can customize the text since PrusaSlicer 2.6.0. See the *.3mf files “Label 240 x 180” and “Label 180 x 120”
