The problem I've had with Polyterra spools is that the cardboard circles are not concentric, so they wobble in the AMS. This still happens if you add rims only. With some you can tear off the cardboard carefully and transfer them to a Bambulab spool, if you have one. If not:
I made a spool rim that connects through the hole in the middle, so it's always concentric, no matter the cardboard. However, it necessarily has to be bigger than the normal cardboard spools so it covers them completely.
The toothed rim presses into the cardboard for a tight fit.
This should fit in a normal AMS as it's 202 mm big, but I have only tested it with the Hydra AMS
I recommend using the STEP file for a smooth circle. If your bridges tend to print well, then I like “Spool with sticker recess.step”. Otherwise you're better off with “Spool with flat sticker plate.step”
