I'm doing a project that requires joining mdf boards, and found myself looking for a way to make sure I was centred on my 18mm board. This model has a right angle lip to line up against the edge and 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm drill bit holes. It should work any time you want a hole centred 9mm from the edge.
Print on the thick side with the holes running parallel to the build plate. I used organic/tree supports in PrusaSlicer and it worked well. I tried printing in other orientations, but ended up with bad surfaces either touching the wood (made alignment tough) or the top (made the numbers hard to read).
Printed on Ender 3 S1 Pro (Sonic Pad) with Sunlu PLA and:
Print time: 1 hr 2 min
21.4 g of filament
