My Big Mouth

My Big Mouth is my version of the big mouth dust collection funnels that are available. I use this is for my router table which coupled with My Vent creates air flow in an otherwise sealed box in which the router body is installed.

Since I don't have a full sized chip extractor I'm using 59.5 mm hose connection which makes the 60mm flexible hose to my extractor fit very snugly. The mouth section is 220mm x 220mm.

The frame can be used as a template and also as a fixing on the inside of the box. My Vent should be installed in the front of the box, My Big Mouth at the rear.

My plan is to also use this underneath my table saw to achieve a similar result.
