5015 cover for angled fans

I wanted a “shield” to keep my part cooling fan free of debris and also to keep it from creating a draft across the parts by sucking in warm air from the bed. I liked the original model but it was too thick to use on my angled fan so I made a thinner angled version which works well on my printer.
