To decouple the Z-axes of the Sovol SV06 mechanically effectively from the trapezoidal spindles, I developed these decouplers.
They are held in position by strong neodymium magnets.
The moving component is a thrust ball bearing.
Due to this modification there is no wear and precise movements.

Magnets (7x7 mm): LINK

I printed with PETG in 0.2 mm layer height.
5 wall lines, 10 top layers, 10 bottom layers, 30% honeycomb infill.

ATTENTION-1: the upper original POM guides are not used anymore!
Please take new round POM guides and put them on the Z-Wings (see photo).

ATTENTION-2: I don't use the original couplings between stepper motor and trapezoidal spindle on my SV06 anymore, but continuous spindles which are firmly connected to the motor!
These spindles are also fixed at the upper end with me (see here: LINK).

I use these drives: LINK

!!! THIS MOD MAKES ONLY SENSE, THE SPINDLES ARE RIGID AND FIXED AT THE TOP !!!
