Introduction

This jewelry box has room for 4 trays and is suitable for printing on a small printer such as a Prusa MINI.

Instructions

Print one of each item (or choose whatever trays you like), except the rails, which must be printed in 16 copies.

The rails are meant to be glued using CA glue (aka. superglue) into the slots inside the main box.

For the hinge you need a short piece of ~2mm wire. I clipped a small piece out of a simple wire coat hanger from the dry-cleaner.

When the wire is fitted into the hinge, glue the HingeStopper part into the open end of the hinge using CA glue.

Tolerances have been designed in, but it may still be necessary to file the rails and possibly the hinge in order to make everything fit, depending on your printer precision.
