I need to store several toilet rolls in my toilet.  Therefore, this project was designed.  The dispenser is capable of holding four toilet rolls.  Simply put toilet rolls into the dispenser from opening on the top, the rolls will drop to the bottom pending picking up.  Once a roll is taken, other rolls will drop down and ready for further dispensing.  Owing to the limitation from my printer, the dispenser was broken down into two parts.  I simply printed the two parts and glued them together.  Four TPU feet are also made and glued to the bottom of the dispenser to prevent it from sliding easily.

The STL files are attached for users to slice their GCODE files according to their needs.  For easy reference, sample GCODE files are also attached.

I hope this dispenser may suit your needs.  Thank you very much for viewing.

As told by a friend, more storage is needed.  Therefore, a dual stack model was designed.  Similar to the single stack one posted above, once a roll is taken out of the dispenser, other rolls will drop down to get ready for the further dispensing.

A rendering with transparent sides was provided to show how the dual stacking worked.  Also, the “funnel” area near the bottom was designed to be asymmetry to avoid equilibrium among the rolls so that jamming will be reduced.  To avoid sliding easily, spaces were also made in the bottom of the dispenser for gluing the TPU feet attached in the single stack model above.

The dual stack dispenser is able to hold seven rolls, i.e. 60% more capacity than the single stack one.  It is broken down into three parts for easy printing.  When necessary, users may use the scale function of the slicer to increase the height of the parts to make the dispenser hold more rolls.

Similar to the single stack dispenser, the STL files for the double stack one are attached for users to slice their GCODE files according to their needs.  Also, sample GCODE files are also attached for easy reference.

Again, I hope the double stack dispenser may suit your needs.  Thank you very much for viewing.

Another friend suggested to make a longer single stack dispenser to suit his needs.  Hence, an extension section was added to this project.  Users may simply print as many extension sections as they need to make a long single stack dispenser.  Each extension section is capable of holding around two rolls.

As such, the models are updated and the STL file and GCODE file for the extension section is added to this project.

It is a very good idea for adding lids to the dispenser.  Hence, two versions for the single stack dispenser was developed, one flat lid and one tall lid.  The tall lid gives users a little bit more storage space, it may be useful when the upper most roll protrude above the dispenser.  Similarly, a lid for the dual stack version is developed.  In view of the need for more storage space, only a tall lid is designed.  Relevant STL files are attached for users to slice their own GCODE files according to their needs.  Also, sample GCODE files are attached for easy reference.

It comes another excellent idea that the dual stack version should be made bigger so that a pack of 10 rolls can be put into the dispenser.  Hence, version two of the dual stack dispenser was developed.  As seen from the rendered picture, the model consisted of five parts, bottom (shown in orange), middle (shown in yellow), extension (shown in pink), top (shown in red) and lid (shown in blue).  By adding the extension section and making the lid taller, the dispenser should be able to hold at least ten rolls.  However, if more storage space is needed, users may print more extension sections that each may hold two more rolls.

In view of the above, the STL files for the new dual stack v2 version are added to this project so that users may slice their GCODE files according to their needs.  Sample GOCDE files are also attached for easy reference, please.

Thank you very much for viewing.
