Window Entry Sensor Shield

We have some SimpliSafe entry sensors on a window with some ridiculously-heavy blinds.  These stupid blinds often knock off the sensors as they come down, so after 3 years of cussing and then forgetting about it, I have finally made this small shield that deflects the impact of the blinds.  

Attached to the window frame with an adhesive strip, leaving 1 mm gap between the shield and the entry sensor so that any downward forces don't get transferred to the sensor.

Tested for several days.  Works 100%.  Take THAT crappy blinds.
